1.Breakfast 8am = RXlite + Higoat (goat’s milk).
Tea break 10am = Higoat.
2.Lunch 12:30-1pm = rice - little, vegetable a lot, fish.
Reduce intake of oily & high carbohydrate food.
Afternoon tea break 3-4pm = Higoat.
3. Dinner 6-8pm = RXlite + Higoat.
For morning or night if hungry eat additional 2-3pcs non-sweet / non-creamy biscuit or can include oat.
Drink plenty of plain water. Fruit is good but don’t take too sweet fruits. Self discipline is very important to loose weight effectively.
